Kristi, Thanks so much for all your hard work to keep us informed. It helps to see those smiling faces !! Thanks also for the commentary. You are a great informant!! Y'all have a great last day! God has used you all in a powerful way. You've planted many seeds! Love you much, Carson! Tell Linda and Cynthia "hi"! Love and prayers- Devon
Wow! The pictures lead me to believe all prayers for today were answered. You guys were so focused on the kids and it appears everyone had a great time...and everyone was safe! I am so grateful to know a bunch like you all that gave the way you did this week. I am praying that the carnival is beyond all we could possibly imagine and that the seeds you were used to plant will go deep in these kiddos lives.
Dustin - Make great memories as you wrap up tomorrow. We cannot wait to see you. Love you bunches!!! Mom
Kristie - As I look back over all the days, I am amazed at how you captured the whole story. You are so talented and I so appreciate you going above and beyond to bring it to life for us the way you did. Let Rocky know I am continuing to pray about your new profession and these pictures are just confirmation that I should : ) Thanks so much. Cindy
Hey Shalee, What a busy, busy week you guys have had. You may never know just how much you have impacted those kids lives for eternity. I am so proud of you and the stand you take for Jesus Christ. My prayer for you is that your life has been touched as a result of being there this week and giving of yourself to the children. I love you so much and again I am so proud of you. Be safe as you finish up strong tomorrow and I can't wait to see you tomorrow night. Love Mom
We are glad you stopped by to visit the Chicago Mission Trip blogsite. Daily activities and pictures will be updated each day. Prayer concerns will also be listed. Please take time to pray for the students and adults as they serve the Lord by loving on children.
Special thanks to the following:
* Grace Fellowship for your support, prayers and financial support of this trip!
* The staff at the Agape Community Center for support, encouragement and love for our group!
* Parents of students for entrusting them to God and us in inner-city Chicago!
* Most of all our Lord Jesus Christ for keeping us safe, excited and willing to serve Him!
